“Constitutional amendment is necessary in order to implement One Nation, One Election. The former Congress president Jairam Ramesh has made it abundantly obvious that “this is an attack on the federal structure,” joining the current Congress president in saying as much.

What Rahul and the party’s leader Mallikarjun Kharge have said is an obvious attack on both the parliamentary system and the federal structure of the Indian politics. According to the official, before formalising a strategy, we will discuss our plan of action with our INDIA leaders after considering every situation.
