SMRITI – PALASH’S WEDDING BUZZ RETURNS AFTER FRESH RUMOURS OF DECEMBER 7 CEREMONY
Smriti and Palash took to Instagram and posted a nazar emoji on Instagram bio

Weeks after the much-anticipated wedding of World Cup–winning cricketer Smriti Mandhana and music composer-filmmaker Palash Muchhal was postponed, new rumours suggest that the couple may tie the knot on December 7 this year.
The couple was originally scheduled to get married on November 23 in Sangli, Maharashtra. However, the celebrations were halted after Smriti’s father, Shrinivas Mandhana, was hospitalised due to a heart condition. Just after some hours, Palash Muchhal too was admitted for acidity-related health issues, adding to the concerns around holding the ceremony.
Following the postponement, social media was flooded with unverified rumours alleging Palash’s infidelity, which reportedly took an emotional toll on the couple. Fans observed that Smriti recently deleted all wedding and engagement posts, including the viral proposal video from DY Patil Stadium, raising questions about the couple’s current equation.

In a subtle response, both Smriti and Palash took to Instagram and posted a nazar emoji, seemingly hinting at warding off negativity surrounding their relationship.
Fortunately, both Palash Muchhal and Shrinivas Mandhana have now been discharged from the hospital, bringing relief to their families and fans.
Recently, Palash Muchhal, seen wearing a mask, was spotted visiting Premanand Maharaj at Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj in Vrindavan, sparking speculation that preparations for the wedding may quietly be back on track. Earlier this week, Palash was photographed at the airport, his first public appearance since the wedding was postponed.

While rumours strongly point to December 7 as the new wedding day but Smriti Mandhana’s brother clarified that the wedding is “still on hold”. Therefore no new dates have been confirmed yet.
