An unruly, drunk passenger vomited on the aisle and then urinated all around the toilet on a Guwahati-Delhi IndiGo flight on March 26.
The situation prompted the cabin crew to clean up the mess that created an unpleasant situation for everyone inside the aircraft.
The incident was highlighted on social media by Advocate Bhaskar Dev Konwar, who was also on the flight. He shared a photo of the cabin crew member Shweta who was cleaning up the aisle praising her for handling the situation.
“Indigo 6E 762: Guwahati to Delhi. Intoxicated passenger vomited on the aisle and defecated all around the toilet. Leading lady Shweta cleaned up all the mess and all the girls managed the situation exceptionally well. Salute girl power,” Konwar wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday.
The picture shows the crew member, wearing gloves and mask, and equipped with cleaning spray and tissue papers cleaning up the spot where the passenger had vomited.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear whether the airlines took any action against the drunk passenger or not.
