A newlywed couple from Karnataka was bound to attend their own wedding reception via video conferencing after IndiGo flight cancellations left them stranded.
Reportedly, the couple – Medha Kshirsagar of Hubballi and Sangama Das of Bhubaneswar got married on November 23 at groom’s place. Their grand reception was scheduled for December 3 in the bride’s hometown, Hubballi, where guests and arrangements were already in place.

The couple booked flights from Bhubaneswar to Hubballi with a layover in Bengaluru. However, repeated delays left them stranded — and finally, their flight was cancelled on December 3 morning.
